Packaging

Every piece is packed by hand in our shop, carefully and free of charge. Fragile pieces, such as plates and bowls, get extra protective wrapping so they travel safely.

Before your parcel leaves

We send you photos and a video of your piece and of its packing on WhatsApp, so you see the condition in which it is sent.

Delivery

We send pieces within Uzbekistan and abroad. Before you pay, we tell you the delivery company, the price and the expected time for your country. The delivery is paid by the customer.

Time on the road

The parcel is carried by the delivery company. How long it takes depends on that company and on the customs of your country. We choose reliable companies that we have used before.

Tracking

When your parcel is sent, we give you its tracking number.

Picking up in the shop

You can also collect your piece in our shop: Karasaray street 107/3, Barakhan Madrasah (Hazrati Imam complex), Tashkent. Open 09:00–20:00.
