Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Exceptions
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Items intended to be worn, such as clothing and hats.
Refund Type
We offer a refund of 70% of the original value of the product for returned items that meet our return criteria.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team on the same day of delivery or the next day at the latest. If not reported within this timeframe, we will not be able to provide a refund.
