  • Shipping Carriers: We use Uzbekistan Pochta, FedEx, and DHL to ship orders.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping costs within Uzbekistan are calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping Rates: International shipping costs are also calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free shipping on orders over $500.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Domestic Orders: 3-7 business days.
    • International Orders: 10-30 business days.
  • Factors Affecting Delivery Time:
    Delivery times may be affected by several factors, including product availability, shipping destination, customs clearance, carrier issues, weather, public holidays, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions). Accurate address information is essential to avoid delays. Local delivery restrictions and high-volume periods, such as holidays, may also impact delivery schedules. We will keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

4. Handling and Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed on the same day.

5. Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking Availability: Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Art of Orient is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist with necessary documentation to support your claim, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance for added protection.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons beyond our control, we will notify you via the contact information provided with your order. You may choose to have the package re-shipped to a corrected address, subject to an additional shipping fee. If you do not respond within 7 days, or if you choose not to have the package re-shipped, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping costs. Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.

6. International Shipping

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are beyond the control of Art of Orient. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We encourage customers to check with their local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.
  • Restrictions: Certain products, such as souvenir knives or other items that may be considered restricted or prohibited, cannot be shipped to some countries due to local laws and regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they order are permitted for import into their country. We reserve the right to cancel any order that includes products restricted by the destination country's laws. If an order is canceled due to such restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected items.

7. Shipping Exceptions

  • Restricted Locations: Art of Orient does not ship to certain restricted locations, including North Korea.
  • Handling Delays: Delivery times may be affected by Uzbek holidays, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will promptly notify customers of any expected delays.
